Hawkwell Athletic Football Club were established in 1974. Since then the club has grown to consist of;

A very successful Soccer School for U6’s and a successful Girls Wildcats Centre
14 Boys Mini Teams
3 Girls Mini Teams
14 Boys Junior Teams
3 Girls Junior Teams
2 Senior Teams
and a Ladies Walking Football session for over 30s and Two Mens Walking football sessions for over 50s.

We have a strong committee that oversees the running of the club and a volunteer force of over 50 regular coaches, admin assistants and team managers.

Our Philosophy

As a Club we strongly believe in the concept of ‘Football for All’. It’s our biggest goal, but also our biggest challenge. We know we’re not perfect, but we will always try to accommodate every player, coach, referee or volunteer, regardless of ability, background or identity.
